@moneycorpTM so disappointed with this money, I have lost over 120 pounds to fees because I have not been able to use the card. Have spent hours on the phone to the representative and still not able to just close down my account and forfeit the money left. Not happy
@SamsungUK i was underwhelmed by the customers services that i received from samsung star today. The samsung representative was excellent in store but unfortunately i was left feeling very disappointed by samsung star manager who were unable to resolve my query!
@TurkishAirlines I'm still awaiting my refund, claim made via Aviation AVR and approved. Can you confirm when payment will be made. This has been going on since January 2018.
@plusnethelp I have tried to call but the wait times are over 20 mins and then when someone finally picks up the call you get disconnected.
