Kids are working hard all over America. Everyone can't go D1, its impossible. Going D1 is very hard specially when you dont have prototypical measurables. No harm chasing the D1 dream but dont overlook good low level programs in the process.

Some schools will give Christmas bonuses, spring football bonuses, and summer workout checks. The demands are becoming more intense but some schools haven’t raised stipends in over 20 years. All in all I love what I do and it’s not about money but Year around pay isn’t bad idea
