We have not gone away! We have been silent because we are going through legal processes and everything is being investigated but our case is not closed yet.

We are working towards finding a solution where no one of you has a permanent loss.

We need some time to figure out the exact plan of Tarmex in order to not wrongdo any of our customers.

This is a really hard moment for me to withstand.

Our team the last 24 hours was worked non stop on this.

We tried our best. We gave it all.

We changed servers, we segregated services, we changed networks. Attacks kept coming for more than 12 hours from more than 3 sources. Just to visualize the size of this attack, the website was hit 183 billion times per hour.

We deeply believe this was a coordinated attack from competitors seeing our recent rise and potential.

The hackers have cracked our system and hacked the website, wallets and accounts, then they said they wanted to negotiate. We entered long hours negotiations first with messages and later on phone calls through telegram.

The hacker names HadesOwner has attacked many giants such us Google, Amazon and Metamask with the same attack we were being attacked. You can look up HadesBotnet on the internet and verify what this group that attacked us is. Also we can provide proof that we have been attacked by them. After more than 10 hours or written negotiations and 3 hours of oral the hacker team claimed that one of their own member has stolen the funds and dissapeared even from them with exchange funds.

Today we are already in talks with Interpol and we will provide updates on this with official documents.

We want you to know that we are doing everything that goes through our power to make the best for all of you. We have put our lives into Tarmex and Tarmex is nothing without you. You are family to us, many of our users are real life family of us indeed.

Please give us time to contact the international cybercrime services and figure out what can be done about this.

We are going to give you updates as time goes on.

We are not going to dissapear even if the result doesn't change.
