The way certain (rumoured) plot threads click together in that trailer, like the involvement of Jack Robertson (oh, two Jacks!) and why there are two flavours of Dalek, make me a lot more excited. I feel like this special knows what it's doing, especially with setting up exits.

My new Dalek hot take is it's very good. I wasn't convinced with the first set photo because the all-black is a bit dull but the added blue light coming from inside is just the wee touch it needed. Can't wait to see them in motion.
