You can not empower Islamic regime by hurting the people of Iran. Act wisely. Hitting the civilian infrastructure only harms the people not the regime.

Iran is not the Islamic Republic.

Iran’s civilian infrastructure belongs to the Iranian people and to the future of a free Iran. The Islamic Republic’s infrastructure is the machinery of repression and terror used to keep that future from becoming reality.

Iran must be protected. The regime must be dismantled.

I ask President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu to continue targeting the regime and its apparatus of repression, while sparing the civilian infrastructure Iranians will need to rebuild our country.

With the support of the US and Israel, and above all the sacrifice of Iranian patriots, the hour of Iran’s freedom is at hand.

Long live Iran!

نوازش محل طناب دار بر گردن عرفان اسفندیاری، معترض اعدام‌شده، توسط خانواده

تصویری جانکاه و غم‌انگیز، تصویری که آه از نهاد آدمی برمی‌آورد، دستانی که جای طناب دار را بر گردن عرفان اسفندیاری نوازش می‌کنند، مادری که فریاد می‌زند و می‌نوازد، گویی می‌خواهد درد طنابی را که بر گردن جوان اعدام‌شده‌اش نشسته، به جان بخرد.

عرفان اسفندیاری فقط ۱۸ سال داشت، او نیز مانند تمام کسانی که ناعادلانه اعدام شده‌اند یا زیر حکم اعدام هستند، جوان بود، پر از آرزو، امید و شوق زندگی.

او در ۲۸ تیر ۱۴۰۵، همراه گل‌محمد محمدی و در جریان پرونده پرابهام میدان شهید علیخانی اصفهان اعدام شد.

دادبان تأکید می‌کند که اگرچه جزئیات پرونده متهمان پرونده میدان شهید علیخانی اصفهان همچنان نامعلوم است، اما شواهد منتشرشده درباره پرونده‌های مرتبط با معترضان دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ نشان می‌دهد احکام اعدام صادرشده تاکنون با ابهامات جدی حقوقی و قانونی همراه بوده‌اند و در قریب به اتفاق موارد، اصول بنیادین دادرسی عادلانه، از جمله حق دسترسی مؤثر به وکیل، رسیدگی علنی، بررسی مستقل ادله و رعایت کامل تضمین‌های مقرر در قانون آیین دادرسی کیفری، رعایت نشده است.

همچنین در اغلب این پرونده‌ها، اتهاماتی سنگین مانند محاربه و افساد فی‌الارض، بر مبنای گزار��‌های نهادهای امنیتی مطرح شده‌اند، بدون آنکه شواهد و مدارک کافی دال بر ارتکاب این جرایم در احکام صادرشده ارائه شده باشد. چنین روندی با استانداردهای دادرسی منصفانه و حتی الزامات مقرر در قوانین داخلی ایران فاصله‌ای جدی دارد.

صدور و اجرای احکام اعدام علیه معترضان، بیش از آنکه نشانه یک روند قضایی مستقل و بی‌طرفانه باشد، نشان می‌دهد که مجازات اعدام به ابزاری برای ایجاد رعب و وحشت در جامعه و جلوگیری از تکرار اعتراضات تبدیل شده است.

At a minimum, such reporting requires clear context about the internet blackout, fear of arrest, and the impossibility of free expression under the regime.

The Islamic regime is highly sophisticated in controlling narratives and manipulating foreign media access. If cameras are allowed in the streets, it is because the regime believes the coverage benefits its image.
