Some flashback on how things transpired. Just connecting dots.

From 1996-2001, India had a single CEC.

In 2001, India gets a new CEC. Conducts SIR. When whole nation is busy with Post-Godhra riots.

It continued till 2004.

BJP lost 2004.

The CEC who was at the helm between 1996-2001 became MP.

The one who did 2002 SIR, got Ramon Magsasay in 2003.

Nation’s politics changed for a decade. Many who were with BJP then, ditched.

Until 2025, no CEC dared to touch this. Such was the nature of how it has happened. Street power. Mass rigging, to put it mildly.

Fast forward, there’s a reason why there’s so much opposition to SIR now. They know how this was weaponised and how they used the loopholes.

Some got specific strong blows. Meaning, Modi - Shah were planning on this for long. Historical monumental errors are being corrected.

Just revisiting history and connecting events.

Responding with speed, reach and compassion, two #IndianAirForce C-17 Globemaster III aircraft completed a demanding 23-hour flight to Venezuela, covering an aerial distance of over 14,000 km from Delhi to Caracas.

The aircraft landed at Maiquetía International Airport, Caracas, carrying 66 tonnes of humanitarian aid- including an Indian Army Field Hospital, over 35 tonnes of relief supplies, medicines and medical equipment, and two BHISHM Cubes—demonstrating India's capability to deliver hope across continents whenever called upon.

This transoceanic deployment reaffirms India's growing role as a responsible first responder and a reliable humanitarian partner.
