@NHGhousing URGENT: would love some help. Service estimate in Dec ) had an increased service charge (within expectations). I’ve now received a new document stating a 115% increase and it’s a due within 2 weeks. I think it’s a mistake, but NHG can’t say if it’s right or wrong?!

@TicketSwap one week later and I’m still unable to refund my buyers for their tickets. Why is nobody from TicketSwap trying to help me on any of your platforms? You’ve even had the audacity to contact me and threaten legal action, yet I’ve been trying to get help to no avail!
