Hi everyone!
Just a quick note that my summer lesson slots have been filling up fast! I have to allocate them on a first-come-first-served basis, so if you want to lock in lesson slots for the summer period, please get in touch soon!
Thanks everyone, and have a wonderful week!

My lessons mainly focus on what's needed for Grades, but I believe fun is just as vital, and I try to encourage this wherever possible.
I'll shortly have room for one or two more students, so if you know anyone looking, I'd be happy to give them a trial lesson to see if we click!

I'm so grateful to have met the talented Pa Bobo when I attended his kora workshop in Senegal last year. I've been having regular lessons with him online ever since. Pa is a wonderful teacher, and I would recommend his tuition to anyone interested in learning to play the kora!

Hi everyone!

My Summer Showcase will be running on 6th July! These showcases are my favourite events in the year and are a great opportunity for students to show off their talent and what they've learnt.

I hope as many students and parents as possible can come along!

I was so proud last night to meet legendary kora player Sona Jobarteh after her fantastic concert at the Barbican Centre!

Sona really inspires me to continue improving my own kora technique and expanding my musical horizons.

Thanks so much for the unforgettable experience Sona!

Hi everyone! A great way to broaden musical horizons is attending performances, such as the BBC Proms due to start in July at the historic Royal Albert Hall. There's something for everyone, and tickets go on general sale on 18th May!
