Oga be school, don't just be on this plaform. Be intentional with learning from Agha's teaching.
A man in our local church here in Manchester recently shared a testimony about 2 weeks ago.
He has had an ailment for 4 years that he didn't know what it was about, but had badly impacted his cervical vertebrae.
For 4 years, he couldn't stand uprightly very well and couldn't stand for long, but could only do so in pains. He had been visiting the doctors & had been informed he would need to do a najor surgery. Little did the specialists know that this was way beyond just an issue with his cervical vertebrae of his spinal cord.
He had been trusting God for a miracle; when it seemed like nothing was happening, he asked God why He has refused to heal him, while he sees all God had been doing for others with all manner of miracles. Then God told him to be patient, that He will be glorified in his case.
He went in for the surgery, & when they opened up his brain up to the upper part of the spinal cord, the surgeons became so confused cos what they saw wasn't what they expected. A major part of his brain was already dead as blood wasn't reaching there anymore for a long time, & they wondered how he has been alive or living almost normal all these years, that that in itself was a miracle.
They wanted to close him up & reevaluate what next steps to take in the coming weeks, then God stepped in & began to speak to one of the surgeons on what to do. A very very delicate surgery it was as the tiniest of mistake would have rendered him paralyzed for life (details I won't go into).
When they closed him up, they told him he wouldn't have to walk for 3 months, but he did in 3 weeks.
Where I am going to is this...
If God had healed him miraculously, he wouldn't know what level of damage that had happened to his brain & how the fact that he was walking around & still doing things was a miracle in itself. He wouldn't know all of these but God had to let the surgery happen so himself, his wife, the surgeons & everyone who hears the testimony will know he was a miracle & give God all the glory.
As he shared this testimony in church, we all went down on our knees to God & in tears praising God for His faithfulness & mercies.
My brothers & sisters, that situation that you are going through, God has heard your cry, He knows the pain you are going through & He is working something out, so His name ONLY will be glorified & no man would share in His glory.
Be Patient,
Hold on to God,
Don't Give Up on God,
It will soon be over.
I found a prayer in Ruth 3:18 this afternoon.
Lord, for matters concerning my life & destiny, let men & women whom you have chosen & touched to help me not rest until it’s settled for my good and in my favor. And may I learn to wait patiently for how you work it out.
