@Dan_Schulman I put in a dispute and it was found in Microsoft’s favour. I have contacted Microsoft who can see my son never received the download for the game and have said to dispute with PayPal, which I am not able to do. What do you suggest I do.

@Dan_Schulman I am having a massive issues with PayPal. They took £44.99 from my account for a game which my son went to download from Microsoft for his xbox so, technically, it’s my son’s birthday money. He never received the game and yet PayPal still took the money.
