@Sunday1018339 @LunarResearcher You could wire this as a share-sheet Shortcut that sends the X link to a tiny script: yt-dlp pulls the audio, Whisper transcribes it, then an LLM writes a "worth my time? + setup steps" prompt for your agent. Happy to sketch the script if useful.

n8n tip: the Google Calendar node says "Not a valid Google Calendar ID" when you type primary in By ID mode. That field expects an email-style ID, so use the calendar's address or switch to From list. Also, Get Many only returns the next week unless you widen the dates.

n8n Gmail node failing with "Invalid email address"? That error fires before any call to Google, so it's not your OAuth. Check what your To expression actually resolves to: pin the input data and look for a value that isn't a plain address.

@LeadPulseHQ Good add, thanks. Sharing the sheet with the service account's client_email and enabling the Drive API fixes most of the 403s people hit.

n8n Google Sheets node failing with "Bad request - please check your parameters"? That message can hide the real error. Open the credential and click Test: if it says invalid_grant "account not found", the service account email in the credential is wrong or deleted.

"Unable to sign without access token" = open the credential and click Sign in with Google again.
"Client authentication failed" = re-copy the Client ID + Secret, no stray spaces.

n8n Telegram node: "Bad request - please check your parameters"? The 2nd line of the error has Telegram's real reason.
Usual culprit: Parse Mode quietly defaults to Markdown, so a lone _ (report_2026.csv) breaks it. Switch to HTML.

@csreborn1 @thecsguy For competitor stock/price, don't scrape the whole page: most shop product pages embed JSON-LD with price and availability (InStock/OutOfStock). Pull that every 30-60 min, diff it against your own catalogue, alert only on changes. Happy to share the workflow I use if useful.

n8n Filter node runs green but nothing comes out? 3 usual causes:
• a trailing space in the data ("paid " ≠ "paid")
• "50" is text, not a number: convert it or loosen type validation
• 0 items kept = the next node is silently skipped

n8n queue mode: Extract from File says "File not found" but the worker logs success? It can't see the file main wrote.

Fixes that worked in our tests:
- leave N8N_DEFAULT_BINARY_DATA_MODE unset (binaries go to the DB)
- or filesystem mode on one volume shared by main + workers

n8n Schedule Trigger not firing? We tested 13 workflows. Usual culprits:

- Imported workflows come in deactivated
- No timezone set = n8n default (New York). Set GENERIC_TIMEZONE
- A 4-field cron never runs
- Runs missed while n8n is down don't catch up
