@alfred_sar58628 @aproko_doctor I agree with you on this. Working as a billing officer has never been easy. Most of these patients clearly do not have an idea what their coverage is and even if they do they expect all the care plan to fall within that amount.

@MkayGtl @aproko_doctor I work as a billing officer and what you said should highly be emphasized on. Some of these HMO’s never tell the patients what's obtainable and what's not. At the end of the day you see patients cussing and blaming you for overbilling them when they all have different plans.
