1) Is Fred lying about Armin Mizani?

2) Is Fred responsible for water rates?

I’ve fought for taxpayers on the Trinity River Authority board – returning over $30 million in savings to local communities. Water rates are set by supply and demand, including the demands given by local elected officials like Armin Mizani. Water rates are not a tax and Trinity River Authority has never assessed a tax.

3) Does Fred fly around on a private jet?

The Trinity River Authority has had a propeller plane for 50 years to cover its 26-county region – larger than seven states. It’s not the lavish private jet pictured in Armin’s false attack ads. Furthermore, I protected taxpayers by advocating for the plane's removal from the TRA.

4) Did Fred spend money on a golf course?

The Lake Livingston public golf course has been there since 1972, and I have opposed the redevelopment spending from day one. The public record shows I voted no when the costs kept climbing. Armin Mizani’s record is the opposite: raised debt 34% and increased spending 16% in his first year as mayor. #Txlege
