Now that I’m a PRACTICING lawyer with a clear appreciation of the matter and principles relating to presidential election petitions, I’m amazed by the submissions made by some of the Respondents.
For instance, ZEC conceded that 16 polling stations had identical results but averred that it’s possible and behavioral scientists can explain that.
Don’t be lied to. Adv. Thabani Mpofu did a splendid job. The matter could not have been argued in a better way.
At the peak of Operation Hakudzokwi—a military operation that led to the deaths of at least 214 informal miners in the Chiadzwa diamond fields in November 2008—General Constantine Chiwenga and Air Marshall Perence Shiri spent several days at the Holiday Inn in Mutare, overseeing the violent campaign. Two helicopters transported them daily to the diamond fields where soldiers brutally slaughtered both confirmed and suspected panners. While police officers in Chiadzwa wore name tags, the soldiers had no identification, and no legal actions were taken against any soldier. What happened in Chiadzwa? ⬇️
