Speculation is that Vusimusi "Cat" Matlala MIGHT plead guilty and turn state witness when he appears in PTA Commercial Crimes Court tomorrow.
The NPA confirms it was ready to proceed with the "matter today".
It seems a deal may have been reached.
In court today, Matlala's case pertaining to the 228 million rand SAPS/Medicare contract was separated from the other accused, who are due back in court again on Friday.
