Didn't the local MLA @ArshadRizwan transform Shivajinagar into a Smart City about 2 years ago? Wasn't this wall of the hospital a part of the Smart City?

It is being said that the wall that collapsed was 20 years old. Why was this not taken care of?

How does the wall of an age-old government hospital collapse?

CM has announced ₹5 lakh as compensation.

Who is responsible and who is to be held accountable for the deaths of 7 poor innocent lives, including 3 young children, and the 7 injured? The local elected representative or the @GBA_office authorities?
