Never forget where you came from and those that have come before you. A piece of the old cage now hanging in the equipment room. A daily reminder to always be thankful for what we have in this new equipment room at RACE.

In a male dominated field. I want to take a little time to recognize the amazing women equipment managers. I won’t say names so I won’t forget anyone. Thank y’all for being the absolute best in our profession. The details, and keeping everyone on track. Girls run EQIUPMENT. #EQ

Take a second and call someone today. Just check on them. They may be battling something. Encourage someone today. It’s free to be nice. You could be a light for someone in a dark time. Sometimes all someone wants is to know they are loved, and not alone. Shine brightly ALWAYS.
