Ideas behind Tau start with questions like "what if Enterprise AI weren’t built around making the model smarter but the company?"
Enrique Dans, CIO at TuringDream, is shaping that vision across AI, technology, organizations and the systems that will run them.

The most important technologies eventually disappear into the systems they improve. Enterprise AI may follow the same path: less visible as a destination, more present as a continuous capability embedded in how work gets done, measured and improved.

If every major computing substrate eventually acquired a language and runtime for its native abstractions, why should AI be different?

The next shift may not look like another jump in chatbot intelligence. It may be a change in category: from systems judged by response quality to systems judged by what they achieve, what they learn and whether they improve over repeated episodes.

This is the missing loop. A recommendation is only a hypothesis until reality answers, once the system can connect action to outcome, and use that outcome to change what it does next, right? We think AI need to stop being purely generative and start becoming adaptive.
If you changed your AI model tomorrow, how much institutional learning would stay with you?
In one of his latest articles for TuringDream, @edans explores why companies should focus less on the latest model and more on preserving what they learn: https://t.co/ciMptbJiXW
