@TrickVAL Geng comp was strong prior (nobody ran it in NA due to our regions tendency to just love halls). I think it will probably be a lot of that, and similar this next year
@ennuival Yeah but mine is caused by low blood pressure + autoimmune disorder (dysautonomia) so I don't think its the same issue. Lowkey stretching helps more with getting blood flow and warm hands
@stylevalorant@JTayy_ You can just default use interceptor every round and get it back every 45s max. 3/4 phases of the round you can have it, while removing info on who is where
@haydcncs@currydtx Second this. Ice/heat, stretch, rest, and wrist strengthening exercises (not just forearms but targeted exercises that help with wrist strength, and forearm strength)
@currydtx These are things that helped with my wrist problems caused by excessive hours of practicing my instrument (4h daily) & excessive hours of playing games combined (hours as well). The strength training is a must
@currydtx Recommend seeing a physiotherapist for actual diagnosis, but while you're not doing that do some wrist stretches, and strengthening exercises, and give yourself rest days (1-2 days in a row) of minimal/no wrist movement. Your preferred combo of heat/ice helps
