He gave a suggestion to introduce rationing for petrol.

If someone comes on a two-wheeler, give them only 2 litres of petrol per day, but at a lower price. If someone comes in an Audi or a big car, then give them 10 or 20 litres a day, whatever limit the government decides, but charge the higher price.

Subsidies alone won't solve the problem. We also need to think about the poor.

The real problem is that the person driving a luxury car and the person riding a small car, scooter, or moped all buy petrol and diesel at the same price.

Rich people will have to think of poor people too. We can't depend only on governments. They just want votes.
