Listened to a Matt Chandler sermon and he spoke about the difference in happiness and Joy. Happiness is fleeting but joy, deep rooted joy, in Christ, is eternal and does not change regardless of our circumstances.

I had the best day with my little girl. We spent the entire day inside doing a lot of nothing ❤️ now I miss her while she’s sleeping. The Lord gives us glimpses of sunshine in rainy seasons and today was full of sunshine
