So I ordered a bag from @Poshmarkapp that was authenticated at their facility but when I received the package the bag was gone. It wasn’t stolen from my front step because I have video footage showing no one touched it and it was retrieved immediately.

Has this ever happened?

I have contacted poshmark and two separate contacts at the USPS and have not heard anything back. I went on Redditt and apparently it’s a huge problem of #Poshmark employees stealing bags when they are authenticated. Idk what to do now and I really just want the item I purchased.
