@British_Airways Many other airlines are implementing this policy, as are other travel companies, and I hope @British_Airways follows suit soon. Every other aspect of our trip has been cancelled and fully refunded within minutes, with great customer service along the way.

@British_Airways cont... comfortable taking the trip. I have called a few times and emailed to see if we could have our change fees waives so we could rebook at a time when we felt more confident in traveling, however each time I have received a blunt "no."
