I always considered NAE chicken to be a marketing gimmick to pay more per serving, and have told many a broker that very thing when they try to sell it to me to use in schools (same w/"clean label"). This new one at least makes a bit more sense, but again--at what price tag?

@MarkArum Lunch debt is a huge problem for districts across the nation. Thank you, Mark, for championing for Decatur City Schools. I wish more people would do this for districts to help out. At the end of the day, we want to feed kiddos, and their "debt" shouldn't be their problem to bear.
