@tylerbradfield My husband and I started a manufacturing company with my in-laws about 7 years ago, so we have worked together our entire marriage. His parents worked together for 20+ years. It’s definitely doable, but it makes you take an honest look at your relationship dynamic.

@tylerbradfield By that, I mean decide together if you can function as one person being “the boss” or if you need to be on an equal playing field. For the first 4 years we worked in separate departments so there was separation. Now he’s my boss, which is fine because we had a good foundation.
