@MorganThomas32 @PatAdams96 there is no reason to giving STATES the electoral college votes. people dont vote as a STATE they vote for people on policies or feelings but they dont vote as a "STATE" like a hivemind.
THere is no good reason that the vote in one state should matter more than the vote elsewher

@baalzamon35 correct I have since figured this out. BUt the federal law criminalizes a replica of a model 1897 winchester trench gun , but I could posses and own an original 1897 for a couple of years. But not sure about fed, state would not allow me to own shells.
