So sad @KiteHillFoods changed their French Onion Dip recipe 😭 It used to be literally perfect and now it tastes like coconut vomit. I couldn’t eat it nor could anyone I offered it to. Had to toss it 😭 Really hope they change it back.
@zakdoekjesfee I'm not sure! I know here in America the salt used in commercial foods is not iodized.
Even so, I doubt the amount of iodized salt in the amount of bread you eat daily covers your daily requirement for iodine.
