@endurance We have experienced the same thing they are a scam and need to be reported. My other vehicle is covered by CarShield, which is a much better and more reliable extended warranty plan for any vehicle. This company is a total rip-off.
@endurance I can’t wait until they’re exposed for the fraud they truly are.I should have done more research before paying for months and receiving nothing in return. At the end of the day, they benefited from our payments, & we got absolutely nothing.
@DavidGPuppet@C6E_MUSIC@WinterSportsLaw While I know there are many more variables behind their decision, one thing is certain: by stepping away, they gain more control over their brand and I wouldn’t be surprised if other conferences follow.

@DavidGPuppet@C6E_MUSIC@WinterSportsLaw I think my point about the inconsistency was overlooked. I was specifically referring to how the NCAA used the pandemic as a reason to adjust their four-year eligibility rule through the 2016-2020 seasons yet they bypassed the Class of 2021 entirely.
@DavidGPuppet@C6E_MUSIC@WinterSportsLaw It’s no surprise that Commissioner Greg Sankey has announced the SEC’s departure from NCAA membership. It seems they’re fed up with the NCAA’s ongoing inconsistency and questionable decisions too.
@DavidGPuppet@C6E_MUSIC@WinterSportsLaw While there are many factors involved in this lawsuit, it’s clear that the NCAA hasn’t consistently acted in the best interests of all student-athletes, especially when you look at how they’ve selectively bent eligibility rules in the past.
@C6E_MUSIC@DavidGPuppet@WinterSportsLaw So what? JUCO and NAIA players staying six years doesn’t take away from incoming freshmen either.
The NCAA claims to treat all student-athletes fairly, but it’s clear they’re picking and choosing who benefits. The inconsistency is frustrating, unfair, and exhausting.
@C6E_MUSIC@DavidGPuppet@WinterSportsLaw You’ve touched on some valid points. That’s why it makes no sense to deny the class of 2021 a 5th year especially when so many others are being granted 5th and even 6th years of eligibility. Make it make sense. The only difference? Ziegler already played four years of D1.
@WinterSportsLaw The Class of 2021 deserves to be included under this new 5 years of eligibility within 6 years rule, right alongside JUCO and NAIA athletes for the 2025–2026 season. It’s only fair.
@WinterSportsLaw Two courts, two different judges, and two completely different rulings on the same issue(5th year eligibility). So how does the NCAA decide which ruling to follow and in what order?
@GoodmanHoops How can we present a compelling case to the NCAA Committee for an extra year of eligibility for the Class of 2021? Unlike the 2019 and 2020 classes Juco , NAIA and all in between that’s getting 5th or 6th in some cases 7th season who received extensions.?
@GoodmanHoops Additionally, I’m hearing discussions about granting all four-year scholarship athletes in all sports five years of eligibility starting in 2025-2026. If that’s true, that’s great but what about the 2021 class? Why should they be left out?
