Thanks! I would say right now the biggest miss is that enterprise agents get bolted onto old workflows. Small teams don't need another dashboard with a chat panel. They need the work done. Proactively detect the problem or next best action, fix it/do it, then tell me what you did and what still needs a human.

The first iPhone demo loaded the @nytimes website & you had to pinch to read it.

Today you see lots of AI features that are just the old product squeezed into a new medium.

AI-native means building what only AI makes possible, the way Uber built what only GPS made possible.
