Year 3 went to Forest School on Tuesday, and what a wonderful time we had. We explored The Bears Cave, climbed trees, make hieroglyphic codes from forest materials, used muddy clay to make Ancient Egyptian style amulets, and perhaps most excitingly played in a HUGE muddy puddle.
Today Year 3 have been lucky enough to speak with Ms Filion’s cousin Sophie all about her work as an archaeologist! We’ve found out a lot of really interesting information, and it’s definitely inspired some budding archaeologists in our midsts! @TBS_IPC@The_IPC
An exciting morning for Year 3 as we were lucky enough to have a visit from Howard Carter! We asked thoughtful questions in order to find out the most information about his time as an archaeologist, and what it was like to discover the tomb of Tutankhamen! @The_IPC@TBS_IPC

3L returned today from their wonderful, educational expedition to Herb Nepal. We learned how to make doko, planted a variety of seeds and seedlings, explored the local area, fed the animals, and enjoyedeating the delicious organic food and camping with our friends.
