@timgill924 @Dcollier74 I’ll chime in with a story, I was recently at ASA 2023. I tracked down a journal editor to thank him for giving me my first opportunity to peer review. I also had asked him for his autograph (but that’s another story)… I will always be grateful for that experience 😃
