$2,678 profit today on my $50k account.
$5k on the year so far. Still making mistakes that need ironing out, but I’m working on them daily. Progress > perfection.

My most toxic trading trait (still working on it):
I move to break even… then close the trade anyway.
Price continues, I re-enter at a worse level.
Costs me profit, adds unnecessary losses, and drains brain capital.
Working on fixing it.

Topstep’s recent issues have been frustrating — and I’ve been vocal about it, like many others.
That said, credit where it’s due: they’re still the strongest futures prop firm out there. I don’t see a better alternative, and I’ll be sticking with them.

@DiegoBTrades Some of the comments on this are talking shit. Your trade was correct, so was your target. The issue was your SL placement, price came all the way back to fill the 5m FVG before reaching your target 👍🏼
I was in the same trade and was tagged at BE
Hope that helps dude 🙏🏼
Topstep platform down again.
Open shorts on MNQ.
$150k combine +$5k.
$50k funded +$3k.
Can’t manage the trade.
This is a joke.
Seriously???????

Closed the trade just before my ideal TP (Shaky hands)
Thankfully TopstepX issues were resolved in time and I didn’t lose out on profits. Appreciate the quick response in getting it fixed @MichaelPatak
Hope everyone else was able to secure their profits today

@MichaelPatak Appreciate the gesture for impacted traders.
What about traders who were prepared, flat, and unable to place trades due to the outage — is there any consideration for lost opportunity on funded accounts?
This happened last week as well, and no resets were made then?
@ArmondsWrld @Yancyik Yeah, I hear you 100%.
I started out trading EUR/USD with FTMO, then moved into NAS100, and eventually transitioned full-time into futures (mainly MNQ).
Way cleaner fills and execution overall.
If you ever have questions, feel free to reach out bro 🤝
@ArmondsWrld @Yancyik Bro, to be honest... Futures is far more reliable to CFD's so you have made the right choice in my opinion. You coming from the forex side?
