@AmericanAir American Airlines are definitely in a clASS of their own. A real clASS Act, clASS Clown, clASSless. It’s always something with them and each time supersedes the prior amazingly. I booked a pair (2) of First class tickets round trip from DFW to BHM earlier this month

-there’s nothing they can do at baggage claim and all reports need to be issued online which doing so could result in a loop because if you don’t agree with their “decision”the next step instructs
