Please help- I have an EA ID but every time I try to link my PSN it, it says credentials expired please reset password. I tried and still doesn’t work. I am afraid that PSN is linked to another EA id that I don’t have..

@EAHelp I tried to link and got this, I reset my password but I still can’t get my ea account linked to my ps5 . Super frustrating, I don’t know if it’s linked to a old email that I don’t have, haven’t played ps4 in 5 years.

@XboxSupport Isn’t the first time. I had to purchase the ultimate edition after purchasing the standard edition. And all Xbox told me was we can’t refund you. Made an excuse for everything and every reason why they couldn’t help me. It’s ok, in a middle of a pandemic. $180 for the game is ok

For the game to install all the content packages and for it to work. I spent a total of 155 for this game to work now, it’s like you guys forced us to buy the ultimate package

@XboxSupport @XboxSupport @Xbox @Activision @ATVIAssist I originally bought the standard addition digitally for 59.99. For Xbox one. I have been playing since the release date until update and it ruined my game saying error black ops trial ended. I unistalled the game and reinstalled it.
