TCAV has focused on Stalking Issues since 2014.
For all of the stalking victims, TCAV wants to advocate more laws to protect these people.
In Taiwan, through our society's hard work, the “Stalking and Harassment Prevention Act” went into effect on June 1, 2022.
The act defines stalking and harassment as continuous or repeated actions that are related to sex or gender, frighten the victims, and have negative effects on their daily lives.
We finally have a formal route to help victims.
But It’s just a start, TCAV will keep working on it.
January is National Stalking Awareness Month(NSAM) in the USA.
In Taiwan, TCAV is dedicated to help stalking victims and ensure their rights and benefits.
We focus on lots of topics, trying to build a violence prevention system.
We believe we can change the world for the better.
