A common source of anxiety for many creatives is “time” and their lack of it. But this is a false narrative. 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚. Verbal repetition can reverse this thinking. Remind yourself, daily, you have enough time.

The idea that you absolutely have zero chance of making it as a working actor is statistically impossible. Instead of thinking “it’s not going to happen for me,” ask yourself the opposite: “what if it all works out?"
