When we talk about making changes to health and wellness, it's helpful to know where you're at in the stages of change- are you really ready, or do you need more preparation? Take a moment to think about a change you know you should make and determine- where am I right now?
Being a leader usually comes with learning to let people down. As your responsibilities grow, you can’t be everything to every person and still be who you want to be for yourself. But when you have boundaries for yourself, you are modeling that for others as well.
