@TheSufferfest @rule5rider @daniellloyd1 I'm a few weeks behind, and I'm using version 6.0.2 of the iOS app and can't find the Half Monty. What am I missing?

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@MikeyUVM @melissaannenova @ColumbiaGasMA Thank you both. Too bad Columbia Gas isn't this helpful.

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@melissaannenova @MikeyUVM @ColumbiaGasMA What did you guys do with the AGO? I'm getting the run around on proposal to replace my furnace too.

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@ColumbiaGasMA @pp34kg5ra20 That's great, but will it be updated with accurate info? Can we expect that if we're on the list someone will actually come? How about a call 24 hours ahead?

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@DianaDiZoglio @ColumbiaGasMA I guess Scott Ferson forgot to give the social media team a list of elected officials' Twitter handles. They just want to keep us chasing our tails because they don't have any answers.

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@MikeyUVM @ColumbiaGasMA Corporate malfeasance?

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@MikeyUVM @ColumbiaGasMA I was thinking negligent infliction of emotional distress, but your idea is probably better given the facts.

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@ColumbiaGasMA There's only 2 questions I want answered: (1) when will you be coming to get me "House Ready," and (2) when can I get relit? Don't refer me to 72-hour list, already been on and off that multiple times, it is not useful information.

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@Town_Mgr_Maylor What are we going to do about it?

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@ColumbiaGasMA My house is highlighted yellow, meaning I'm on the 72-hour list. Zone Commander informed me this is inaccurate.

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@danrivera01843 @BostonGlobe @EagleTribJill @EagleTrib @Juana_B_Matias @kendrysvasquez @LaplanteMarc @MarcosDevers @ltu1019 @ColumbiaGasMA @RLappin Reposted interactive map and 72-hour list are inaccurate, per Columbia Gas employee. Seems then don't know what subcontractor Gobain is doing. Contractors came by weeks ago to do assessments, still no new appliances. Who's making sure this gets done?

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@danrivera01843 @BostonGlobe @EagleTribJill @EagleTrib @Juana_B_Matias @kendrysvasquez @LaplanteMarc @MarcosDevers @ltu1019 @ColumbiaGasMA @RLappin 10-day ranges, 3-day "schedules," and instructions to call an 800 number where they have no info. Who is holding these people accountable?

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@ColumbiaGasMA Sent you a DM per your request. Still no response.

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@ColumbiaGasMA You misunderstand. My address was listed on W and Th, removed on F, reposted today. No one has been to my house.

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

"Weeks" is now "months." What's the plan for heat, hot water and cooking? #winteriscoming #heatnothotair @ColumbiaGasMA @danrivera01843 @MassGovernor

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@ColumbiaGasMA What about those killed and injured? Those w/o homes? Those who can't bathe, cook, or warm their homes? #heatnothotair @danrivera01843 @MassGovernor

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@leung @danrivera01843 @ColumbiaGasMA @GlobeOpinion @SenMarkey @SenWarren Everyone should see that for the publicity stunt it is. We're all supposed to believe that @ColumbiaGasMA changed it's stripes because they hired Scott Ferson?

[David White, CAE @TCIA_Pres]

@ColumbiaGasMA @EversourceMA What about customers in the impacted areas? @MassGovernor @danrivera01843 @COL1853
