@niravb @MDHealthDept What do you mean? I was commenting on your tweet where you compared now to spring using case numbers. I don't think it is wise to compare the two when new cases is dependent on testing, and testing has not remained constant.

@niravb @MDHealthDept There is a lot more testing now, than during the Spring/Summer. Looking at the raw daily case numbers isn't the best metric to use, because it is dependent on testing. Positivity rate and deaths are a better metric to use, because they are not influenced by testing volume.
