@caraathome It’s 104 acres with a lack of population density—suburb sprawl. 🤢..land size suggests long term play for casino. citizens are rightfully frustrated due to city of Dallas getting lunch ate by the northern suburbs for 15+ years. Homelessness, crime, schools—seems no fix.
@TeamTalaricoHQ@jamestalarico So in your religion is Talarico the devil for merely suggesting that Jesus/god isn’t necessarily just some long haired olive skin human bro from Bethlehem? Man that’s wild to think @RobertMSterling@fortworthchris
@RobertMSterling Not to mention utilizing the whole “christian” religion as a convenient political prop. @RobertMSterling@fortworthchris.. But we probably have differing views on interpretation of such religion in being “genuine”, which is ok
@RobertMSterling you should focus on leaving my party—the Republican Party—which once stood for a certain integrity and value but morons like yourself are helping to destroy it @RobertMSterling + the country 🇺🇸. 10-figure corruption in exec branch, pay4pardon schemes, $300 billion to state terror
@bobbyfijan At a macro level you could easily make the argument COVID destroyed CRE investment/development for a decade… I’m not saying there aren’t a lot of opportunities and ppl aren’t making money on bad deals done at peak etc… Just saying high level
@Merridew__ I like that Warsh was partnered with Druckenmiller, Stan seems like a very genuine and moral person in addition to being brilliant. I couldn’t believe Trump picked Warsh over Hasset who was more than willing to be a Trump puppet
@jbulltard1 Elon’s PT Barnum side cooking🗣️, he is brilliant, has balls, has helped to do some incredible things but his PT Barnum financial marketing gimmick is his greatest strength, financial engineering a close 2nd. US pensions will pick up tab for what is in part a #MARKETING SCAM
@jbulltard1 Yeah, data centers in space next year… sure. Here US pensions eat that at $2T valuation. Elon Musk has done some brilliant things, he is also half PT Barnum
@jbulltard1 Netscape Navigator in the 1990s was the 1st company in history to go public without profits. The hyper globalized economic system where we sit atop playing “financial empire” is wildly unbalanced and economically stupid, unfair, and less productive long term.
@jbulltard1 From a generational perspective I’d say our capital markets are broken valuing a company that loses $5 billion a year with revenues at $18 billion as a $2T company while a bunch of VC funds and insiders will sell to US pensions (index) at insane #, It’s a cheating economic system
