AI builders: when agents from different ecosystems check each other's work, how do you prove the review was truly independent and not the same blind spot twice? Planted errors? Separate evidence? Human sign-off before anything ships?

I just connected ChatGPT and Grok Bot in a way that fundamentally changes how I use AI.

Grok Bot sent a review request by email. A ChatGPT automation picked it up, independently reviewed the evidence and attachment, caught a deliberately planted financial calculation error, and prepared a response for my approval.

I approved it. ChatGPT sent the response. Grok Bot confirmed receipt.

No manual “check your email” prompt was needed during the review.

The automation run is confirmed, although its event-trigger origin isn't independently exposed in the logs.

This wasn't about catching a $10 error.

It was about proving a workflow where AI agents from different ecosystems can coordinate, independently challenge each other's work, and escalate decisions to a human.

I'm not trying to become a better prompt engineer.

I'm trying to become a better manager of AI agents.

This is just the beginning.
