This year’s Tulsa County Fallen Officers Memorial was held at Oaklawn Cemetery to honor Deputy Charles Stamper, killed in the line of duty in 1910. His once-unmarked grave now has a headstone, provided by FOP Lodge #188 through the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Memorial.

On April 7th, deputies responded to a reported burglary at an automotive shop in the 4600 block of East Pine St.
The suspect was captured on video burglarizing multiple vehicles, before fleeing the scene prior to the deputies' arrival.

Today Sheriff Regalado and Undersheriff Brown were proud to join community leaders, and baseball fans at the ribbon cutting for the newly renovated fields at O’Brien Park. A special thanks to Sooner coaching legend Barry Switzer for speaking at today’s ribbon cutting.

Today 11 members graduated from the jail’s SORT (Special Operations Response Team) Academy and are now official members of the team.
We thank them for their willingness to step up and serve in this critical role, helping ensure the Tulsa County Jail remains safe and secure.

Our thanks to @tulsatech for giving Sheriff Regalado an update on the cleanup effort underway at the Peoria Campus following Friday night's tornado.
TCSO Deputies are continuing to provide around-the-clock protection at the Peoria Campus until further notice.
There are large amounts of glass and debris scattered throughout the location.
Cleanup has begun, and deputies will continue full-time security on site until further notice. TCSO is asking everyone to avoid the area while remediation crews work to render the area safe.
TCSO deputies are securing areas with tornado damage at the Tulsa Tech Peoria campus located near 36th Street North and Peoria in Tulsa.
Deputies are working with Tulsa Tech officials to lock down and secure the campus due to public safety concerns.

The goal is to discourage young drivers from racing on public streets and encourage them to take it to the track instead. Drivers will have the opportunity to test their skills against law enforcement members from across the region. Details are listed on the attached flyer.

Hart was booked into the Tulsa County Jail for assault with a deadly weapon. The victim was transported to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries.
This is an arrest, not a conviction.
Today, deputies responded to a report of a stabbing in the 500 block of N Industrial Ave.
Witness said the suspect, 56-year-old Thomas Hart, had been accused of stealing tools by the victim. The dispute turned physical, and witnesses say Hart stabbed the victim multiple times.
