£80/month Claude Max. Desktop app broken since Aug 20/21 update — permanent black screen. I diagnosed exact bug myself and sent logs to support. 9+ hrs, then told to file it myself. No case number, no ETA, no rollback. Work halted. Worst software support I've had. @AnthropicAI
