As we enter the first international break, our position remains clear. Significant change is still required at Chelsea Football Club.

While there were slight improvements this summer, we believe the sporting leadership are being given far too much grace for another window that has left the manager short in key areas; particularly defence and midfield.

The squad remains littered with players who, whether through age, experience or ability, are not currently at the level required. After five Premier League games, we now have the worst defence in the league and haven’t kept a clean sheet since January 17. Considering the vast expenditure on players, that is unacceptable and embarrassing.

This squad still lacks sufficient quality, experience, character and leadership, and appears unable to withstand a few injuries.

Selling Enzo Fernandez without signing a replacement, after weeks of briefings suggesting otherwise, only reinforced our concerns and again insulted fans’ intelligence.

We were told there would be “self reflection” after last season. However, Paul Winstanley, Laurence Stewart and Joe Shields remain in position. This follows failure to reach the Champions League in three seasons out of four.

Sporting directors at Chelsea should ultimately be judged on the team they build and the results it produces. Being able to trade players at high volumes, when many of those players should not have been at Chelsea in the first place, is not sufficient performance. After four years, we have seen enough.

We have no faith in the current sporting leadership and believe change is required before the next transfer window.

We urge supporters, whether at games or online, as well as those in the media and punditry, to direct the appropriate scrutiny towards the sporting directors, Behdad Eghbali and Clearlake Capital.

Xabi Alonso is a manager with a strong track record who we believe needs not only time, but sufficient support from the structure in place.

Years of poor decision making and incompetence at leadership level have created an untenable situation. That is where the accountability must sit.

Chelsea is currently in PSG's first season under Luis Enrique.

A lot of avoidable mistakes from the players, good attack mixed with disoriented defence.

I swear next season will be totally different from what we're currently seeing. I'm just not sure Chelsea fans have the patience to see out this phase.

A new manager next season will set us 3 years back. We must stick with Xabi Alonso no matter what.

Look at Manchester City this summer.

Rodri sold for £51m. His replacement, Elliot Anderson, cost £116m.

Reijnders sold for £52m. His replacement, Enzo Fernández, cost £125m.

Nico González sold for £48m. His replacement, Bouaddi, cost around £80–85m.

That is how you back a manager.

City did not just replace names. They spent more to give the new manager a better chance.

Chelsea are doing the opposite with Alonso. This club has huge expectations, so the squad has to match that. Quality, depth, proper backups. Without that, any manager is going to struggle. That is the position Alonso is in right now.

The recruitment has been poor, there is no real cover in key areas, and the players who should be starting are injured or unavailable.

I still think we will get back to winning ways,

I am not blaming Alonso yet and I believe winning the league is very much possible.

This guy should be ashamed of himself. It is a proven fact that we've been absolutely shit for four years now, averaging an 8th place finish.

Instead of demanding accountability, our fanbase blindly backs some "project" because they refuse to see the reality staring them right in the face!! this is just unacceptable!

Blueco is the reason for Chelsea's poor results over Mancity and Arsenal since 2021. It's not rocket science when you employ ass coaches and signed terrible players within that period. Blueco made Chelsea a banter club.
