Don't look now, but Democratic Senators have shut down the Missouri Senate for 2 days in a row now in a massive filibuster against anti-trans medical bans.

These bans would medically detransition trans youth and incarcerated adults.

They are cruel.

Devastating news for trans youth in Iowa.

Iowa becomes the 8th state to ban gender affirming care for transgender youth. This bill will cause unspeakable anguish and cruelty for trans kids and their families in the state.

Shame.

The state of Montana has tabled trans rep Zooey Zephyr's bill, HB552, that bans the gay/trans panic defense.

They literally think it should be legal to kill a trans person if you are romantic with them and suddenly discover they are trans.

Despicable.

Terrible news.

The first drag ban has passed in Tennessee, and goes to the governors desk.

It could easily ban pride. It bans public drag. It bans transgender people performing, who are just living their lives.

It charges them with a felony!

It is blatantly unconstitutional.

It looks like there will actually be some nationwide protests for trans rights on trans visibility day, March 31st. This is huge and I'm really hopeful this can be something that works.

I am listening to one of the worst testimonies I have ever heard from an anti-trans senator in Oklahoma.

He's claiming that "doctors will take skin from your little girls arm and sew it down there"

He's then compares affirming parents to parents who kill their kids.
