I dreaded the thought of being observed before my TF journey. Yet I found myself before my first formal obs today really looking forward to it. Built a great relationship with my mentor and always get fantastic and actionable feedback. #teachfirst #TFNE

@MissP_Teaches My mind also goes blank when I am being observed. I highlight the key points on my lesson plan and place it on the table at the front of the classroom near my board so I glance at it if I need to 🙂
