@paulg Its more common sense than anything. Everyone knows that the majority of degree paths in college now are worthless. We have have a massive shortage of skilled workers. Lastly, skilled workers make more, on average, than a bachelor's degree holder.

Ive looked at a couple of them, and most were just handouts to advocacy groups and nonprofits. They had nothing to do with the name of the bill.
