Today we say goodbye to long-serving nurse Karen, who works her final shift at Ipswich Hospital.
Karen qualified as a nurse at Ipswich in 1986 and has worked in a number of areas since, mainly with our elderly patients.
Thank you for everything, Karen, enjoy your retirement.

A new leadership hub has been launched offering information about the opportunities available for staff. Aspiring leaders, new leaders, developing leaders and experienced leaders can access information, training and support through the hub.
Our final all-staff briefing of 2025 is on Friday at 8.30am. Chief Executive Nick Hulme will be hosting the briefing and all colleagues have been sent a personal Outlook calendar invitation to the online event.
