For some reason the last time I sent a comment on this it didn't include the video I guess. So, resending. I seldom talk about colleagues past or present, but seeing this clip again hurts. Merchant could have asked that question many other appropriate ways, like "does it bother that you were forced to make a mandatory defense against an inferior opponent?" Instead he attacked Bernard & it led to a verbal war. Bernard's answer to the question was appropriate, but Merchant continued to escalate it & showed genuine bias in doing so. Bernard handled this very well and won the debate.
