@SahrinOvO @NinEverything Nintendo Everything refused to remove the lies they spread before so I wouldn't trust anything they say now. Remember that fool that was selling pirated content? Some Sergio guy they said was part of TX. They refused to correct even though their source already had.
@JasonEl8 I'll be honest I'm skeptical of the wording here. If you're downloading content it better be from the eshop! You can dump your purchases and patch them with NSCB but new games and updates might soon have 12.0 requirements that you can't patch out.
@AmandaW63236894 Even without an update from the developers there are options for you right now. You can continue to use TX hardware with Atmosphere until an update arrives, or you can use Atmosphere to downgrade an emuNAND to a supported firmware version.

@morrison22e We sure hope so! We're giving the devs some room to breathe with all that has happened but we're confident that until that activation server goes down for good, they're still planning to continue support for the product.
@JasonEl8 That's ultimately your prerogative. As of right now, there's no reason to update your emuNAND past 11.0.0. Every game you buy and update will work when installed using a title installer that ignores soft firmware requirements.
@stargateTX Gary has to wait months for his trial, but that doesn't mean he'll be there forever. We also have faith that not all charges will stick.
